Design

Design Capabilities

A CAD-driven design facility with standardized tubes and floats for full interchangeability. Our R&D unit is recognised by DSIR (Reg. TU/IV-D/707/86-87), and we design to order for non-standard flow ranges and materials.

A CNC machining centre with 4th axis, centre and turret lathes, drilling and grinding machines, TIG welding, glass annealing and painting furnaces, hydraulic presses and wave soldering — plus 12 special-purpose machines built in-house.

Testing

Testing Facilities

Hydrostatic testing up to 10,000 PSI. Gas calibrators (Volumeter, Bell Prover) and liquid calibrators (Rotameter, Oval Gear). A dynamic weight-time calibrator up to 10 tons, and a state-of-the-art compact prover covering 3.5 to 3500 GPM.
