IE Model 5896 Mass Flow Secondary Electronics powers, controls and indicates the flow rate of a single mass flow controller. The unit contains a dc power supply, an LED indicator and a command set-point potentiometer. The 3-1/2 digit LED indicator is adjustable to display flow as a percentage of maximum flow or in engineering units.
The multi-turn potentiometer has a turns counter for accurately setting the flow command.
